Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique way of rapping. Baker was originally born in Houston, Texas U.S. on the 22nd of April 1990 to parents who were of English Scottish German descent. In his first years, Baker traveled with both of his missionary parents. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and joblessness while the mother Sonia Alane left them when he was nine. Baker along with his father moved to Denver and lived in the home of his father's Aunt. Other kids in the area bullied Baker due to his indigence. Baker began to listen to rap as a sixth year. Colson Kelly (also known as Machine Gun Kelly) was born April 22, 1990, in Texas. His songs are known for their ability as a blend of modern hip-hop and rock with alternative rock. Before signing with Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. Then in the latter half of 2011, this Cleveland artist became an international star following his transition from self-releasing his mixtapes, to signing with well-known record labels. From there his career skyrocketed and each album charting among the top 10.
