Andressa Urach
Andressa Urach, then fifteen years old, was dating Tiago Costa at the age of 15 and began dating Tiago. Within three months, they moved in with him. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19 May, 2005) was their sole child. Following marital disagreements, the couple divorced in 2008 after spending six years together. Andressa Urach was then sent to stay with her son at her mother's house. After 6 months of separation she was fired from her job and later decided to take her son with his father, hoping for an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life within Sao Paulo however, being very vain and ambitious her primary goal in leaving her home in the South was to be successful and wealthy. Andressa Urach, in the book Morri Par Viver says that her foster grandfather abused her at the age of 2 till when she reached age 8. Andressa Urach only got rid of it all because her foster grandma was able to catch her doing it. Andressa then returned home with her mother who was unaware that she was abused up until Andressa wrote her book. Interviews with the woman showed that the task was difficult for her prior to the moment of her transformation. To forgive her victim was something she believed to be unattainable. The decision I took was one of the hardest decisions I've made in my entire existence. I addressed the man I had been sexually abused by. This was no easy feat. It wasn't an easy task. After numerous prayers and fasting, I told my friend on the phone that I was sorry for him. I did not feel shamed and pleaded with him to forgive me. It was just a simple demand. I didn't justify my actions. Mariste Urach describes her reaction to Globo in an intimate interview when she discovered that harassment was being perpetrated on her daughter. She went to the city of Rio Grande do Sul where the pedophile lived to exact revenge.
